Event: Law meets User Experience (UX) 24.11.2021

24.11.2021, Event,News

At our event "Law meets User Experience (UX)" we bring  together two worlds that typically prefer to stay well out of touch: Creatives and lawyers. To create good products that also survive on the market, you need both. We invite you to experience the 'culture clash' live on site or online and join the discussion!

When developing digital products, the term user experience soon comes up. With good reason, since digital products are like blind dates. The first contact is crucial. If the first interaction with a digital application isn’t positive, the customer will bail. Using the so-called "UX maturity phases" (Jakob Nielsen), we discuss how to elevate UX to a higher level.  Enters the lawyer, dropping regulatory law, compliance, data protection and what not on the creative process… Do these requirements inevitably turn the lawyer into a spoilsport for UX maturity?

Or could there also be solutions for creatives and lawyers to work together to bring better products to the market? And if so, how?
