Schalast Chapter in Chambers FinTech Guide 2023

Schalast attorneys and partners Prof. Dr. Andreas Walter, Alexander Gebhard and Simon Waldbröl have contributed a chapter on "An Introduction to FinTech Legal" in Chambers FinTech Guide 2023. They address current FinTech topics and assess the German FinTech market in more detail. They also comment on "hot topics" such as Buy Now Pay Later and payment behavior, cryptoassets and cryptocurrencies, as well as the correlation of FinTechs, neobanks and established banks.
