Schalast advises Debitos GmbH on Series Seed financing round

Schalast has advised Debitos GmbH, Frankfurt/Main ("Debitos") in connection with the entry of an American Investor as new shareholder in Debitos in a series seed financing round, including the previous conversion of existing convertible bonds.

Debitos is an online marketplace that enables companies, banks and funds to sell their debt and NPL (loans, receivables and claims) on the market to specialised investors through an auction-based online transaction platform.
