Asha Meon is a senior associate in the labour law department and a specialist lawyer for employment law. She provides comprehensive advice to companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her main areas of expertise are litigation, ongoing advice to clients on employment law issues, and support for restructuring measures.
Asha Meon studied business law and law at the University of Mannheim and the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. After completing her studies, she completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt, focusing on labor law.
Before joining Schalast in September 2022, Asha Meon worked as a lawyer in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in labor law. Thanks to her language skills in English and French, she also supports international clients in all labor law matters.
Asha Meon has been admitted to the bar since April 2021 and has been a specialist lawyer for labor law since August 2025.
