Biography

Charlotte Zormeier advises clients on banking, banking supervisory and financing law. Her practice focuses in particular on the structuring of FinTech models and corresponding ongoing legal advice and transaction support.
Charlotte Zormeier completed the Master of Financial Law program at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and graduated in 2022 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Before joining Schalast in May 2022, Charlotte Zormeier worked for three years as legal counsel in international industrial companies (plant construction) and advised on all relevant legal issues and corporate governance matters.

In her position as the sole responsible lawyer, she reported directly to the Executive Board and the CFO.
Charlotte Zormeier studied law at the University of Constance and at University College Cork (Ireland). Charlotte Zormeier completed her specialization in the field of personal and corporate tax law.
